SmallTalk is a large U.S.-based social media company with millions of users worldwide. People use its platform to share content, connect with others, and participate in online communities. The company uses AI to recommend content, improve search, personalize user experiences, and support online safety.

SmallTalk is currently hiring an AI Engineer to help build, test, and improve AI systems used across its platform.

For this study, imagine that you have applied for this AI Engineer position at SmallTalk and have been invited for an interview. Please approach the following interview as you would an actual job interview for this position.
